Service Agreement and Terms of Service
This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between PythoTech (referred to as “Provider”) and the client (referred to as “Client”) for the provision of various IT services, the supply of IT equipment, and associated terms and conditions. This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both parties and governs the relationship between PythoTech and the Client. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
PythoTech offers a comprehensive range of IT services, including but not limited to:
- Web design and development
- Web Hosting
- Mobile app development
- Software development
- ERP development and deployment
- CCTV camera installation and maintenance
- IT equipment sales and supply
- Consultation services
- Payment Terms:
a) For services:
- An 80% down payment is required before the commencement of any project.
- The remaining 20% payment is due upon project completion and review.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Quotations are provided free of charge.
b) For IT equipment sales:
- 100% payment is required upfront before any supply is made.
- Payment should be made to the specified account details provided by PythoTech.
PythoTech provides a warranty for the supplied IT equipment. The warranty terms and conditions are as follows:
- The warranty period is specified for each product and may vary.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Clients are required to notify PythoTech within the warranty period in case of any issues with the supplied equipment.
- Cancellation and Refund:
- If the Client wishes to cancel a service within 24 hours of payment, a full refund will be provided.
- After 24 hours, the refund amount will be determined based on the project progress and costs incurred by PythoTech.
b) IT equipment sales:
- Once an order for IT equipment is placed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Documentation and Signatories:
a) PythoTech will provide the following documents to the Client:
- E-receipt or receipt for services rendered or IT equipment purchased.
- Delivery note for IT equipment supply.
b) Clients are required to:
- Carefully review and sign all provided documents.
- Acknowledge the status of the delivered IT equipment by signing the delivery note upon receipt.
- Consultation Fee and Quotation:
- PythoTech charges a non-refundable consultation fee for providing expert advice and guidance.
- Quotations for services are provided free of charge.
- IT Equipment Sales and Supply:
- Before any supply is made, 100% down payment must be made using the specified account details provided by PythoTech.
- Clients must sign the delivery note to acknowledge the status of the items at the time of delivery.
- Any additional terms or changes to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PythoTech is registered.
BY PROCEEDING WITH THE SERVICES OR THE PURCHASE OF IT EQUIPMENT FROM PYTHOTECH, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
