Job Overview:

As a Full-Stack Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of a diverse range of IT systems. This includes electrical wiring, CCTV camera installations, access control and time and attendance systems, and computer networking. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction in field service operation

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Electrical Wiring:
    • Conduct electrical wiring installations for various IT systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installations.
  2. CCTV Camera Installations:
    • Install and configure CCTV camera systems, ensuring optimal coverage and functionality.
    • Conduct testing to verify the performance of CCTV systems.
  3. Access Control and Time and Attendance:
    • Implement access control and time and attendance solutions, including hardware and software components.
    • Integrate systems to ensure accurate tracking and security measures.
  4. Computer Networking:
    • Design, implement, and maintain computer networks to support IT systems.
    • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure smooth connectivity.
  5. Deployment and Integration:
    • Coordinate and execute the deployment of IT systems at client sites.
    • Integrate different systems to work cohesively for comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in electrical wiring techniques and standards.
    • Experience with the installation and configuration of CCTV cameras and associated systems.
    • Knowledge of access control and time and attendance solutions.
    • Strong understanding of computer networking principles and protocols.
  3. Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in field service roles.
    • Proven track record in successfully deploying and maintaining IT systems.
  4. Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications in electrical work, networking, and specific technologies (e.g., CCTV Camera NVR & DVR systems, access control).
  5. Communication and Customer Service:
    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
    • Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to adapt to different environments and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
  7. Added Advantage:
    • Knowledge of smart building technologies.
    • Familiarity with emerging trends in the IT and security industries.
